Nessis is actually my 2nd oldest OC, dating as far back as Pendrel. Where Pendrel is the light side of me, the side of me that knows laughter and joy...Nessis is the dark side of me, the side that knows rage and hate.

Nessis has had many forms...demon, dragon, leopard, horse...each one as black as night with markings as red as blood. But in each of these forms, her true purpose has never changed: she represents the side of me that crouches in the darkest recesses of my heart and soul, the part of me that hungers for revenge, to lash out and hurt those who have wronged me. She is the part of me that I must fight to keep in check. Pendrel and Nessis are polar opposites, and the balance that I need to keep one from taking over the other.
